Roy-El offers several summer camps beginning in June.
For ages 5 to 7 Roy-El offers single day camps from 10:00am to 2:00pm. These camps include sitting on horses, arts and crafts, feeding, grooming, and everything needed to get little ones interested in and comfortable with horses.
For ages 8 to 12 Roy El offers camps that run from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and are three days in length. In these camps participants get more riding time, and begin to learn about veterinary care, shoeing, and general maintenance, in addition to colors, breeds, history and more!
Teen camps are for ages 13 to 18. At Teen Camp participants get to ride as much as possible. Campers play games on horse back if learning levels allow, and get more in-depth with anatomy, and styles of riding and showing. Instructors also share information on colleges that offer horse programs, riding attire and much more!
Camps are geared for newcomers and experienced riders alike! With so many activities, games, and information sessions, everyone is guaranteed to have a good time.
